The competitions are open to anyone of legal age (18 and older) residing in an eligible country. No purchase is required to participate — a free entry route is always available upon written request, in accordance with applicable regulations.

The number of tickets per participant is limited to 50 per competition to ensure fairness. This limit applies per person and per registered email address.

The winner is selected among all participants who have provided the correct answer to the skill question. The selection is made by an independent certified random draw. The entire process is documented and verifiable.

The winner is contacted by email within 48h following the competition close. Results are also published on our "Results" page. If we receive no response within 14 days, a new winner may be designated.

The prize is shipped directly to the winner via a premium delivery service with tracking and insurance. Shipping costs are covered by Dearwin. An exchange of the prize for equivalent value may be considered upon request.

Yes. All products up for grabs are 100% authentic, purchased directly from official houses and boutiques. Each prize is accompanied by its certificate of authenticity, its original packaging and its manufacturer's warranty.

Yes. Dearwin is a registered company in England and Wales (UK Limited Company). Our competitions are structured as skill-based competitions, in accordance with British gambling legislation (Gambling Act 2005). We operate with full transparency and legality.

Tickets are non-refundable once the entry is registered, except in case of cancellation of the competition by Dearwin. In this case, the full amount paid is refunded within 5 to 10 working days. Consult our complete refund policy for more details.
