Returns
Due to the nature of prize contests, DEARWIN applies a no-return and no-refund policy on tickets. Any purchase is final.
Defective products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact our customer service. We will assess and offer a repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.
Delivery errors
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete product, contact us: we will investigate and offer a replacement or refund.
Shipping costs
DEARWIN is not responsible for shipping costs of returns, repairs or replacements. Packaging and insurance of returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing time
Any approved refund is processed within 14 working days of approval, to the original payment method.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Conditions of participation

- All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable
- Each participant may purchase up to 50 tickets per draw
- A skill question must be answered correctly to be eligible for the final draw
Prize draws
- Selection via a trusted third-party random number generator
- Draws carried out within 14 days of the contest closing
- Winners contacted by email within 48 hours
- Results are final and binding
Winner verification
Winners must provide proof of identity and age (valid ID and recent proof of address) within 5 days of notification, failing which they may be disqualified.
Prizes and delivery
- Prizes are not exchangeable for cash
- Free delivery within the UK and the EU
- Customs charges are the responsibility of winners outside the UK
- Delivery time: 5 to 21 days
Liability & governing law
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your tickets. These terms are governed by English law, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Entry tickets
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, for any reason whatsoever (change of mind, mistaken purchase, dissatisfaction with results, etc.).
Cancellation of a draw
If we have to cancel a draw before it takes place, all participants will be fully refunded to their original payment method within 14 working days.
Minimum draw not reached
If the minimum number of tickets is not reached, the draw is still carried out among the existing participants. No refund is granted in this case.
Exceptions to non-refund
- Cancellation of the draw by DEARWIN
- Billing error or double billing
- Proven fraud on your account
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days, plus 5 to 10 days depending on your bank.
Consumer rights
In accordance with UK regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to gaming services once the service has started with your consent.
